exact amount of crickets

I would like to know a benchmark amount that I should feed my beardie because he will keep eating if I keep giving them to him.
AND DONT SAY AS MANY AS HE CAN EAT IN 5-10 minutes I know that....

How old is the beardie. When mine was 3-6 months, she could chase down and eat 50-100 in 10 mins. But as she got older it tapered off drastically. At this point she'll eat a dozen or so, IF THEY WALK RIGHT NEXT TO HER MOUTH. She's really not to interested in them before, and seems to have gotten to lazy to actually go looking for them.
