is it upper respitory infection?i think it was caused by low temps because it was cold in are house last night.what do i do to fix the problem or will they just come around with hotter temps?

Youre on the right path. Now you just gotta wait n see if he begins to "dry out" so to speak. He'll be back to normal before ya know it!

My monitor had that problem after being on the run for a week in the house. I just raised the ambient cage temp to around 80 at night and 90-95 in the day and it cleared up in a week or so.
