New Burm Frozen Food No Prob

cito Nov 01, 2003 12:58 PM

I just fed my new baby burm for the first time and he ate a frozen mouse no problem after eating live for about 2 months. I dangled the mouse over his hole with a pair of hot dog turners for the grill, and he sprung out of his hole and constricted it. Im so happy i got him to eat frozen. He almost seems too perfact, non aggressive, perfact health, and eating frozen mice on the first try.

I am sure you mean that you fed a frozen THAWED mouse to your burm...right? Sorry, I really have known folks to feed an actual frozen, rock solid rodent to their burms because someone told them to feed "frozen rodents only".

You took the post right out of my mouth.

I thought it was implied that they were thawed. Would a snake really eat a frozen solid mouse?
