Well the vet found out why he had a loss of apptetite..He is only 12.1 grams...He said he isn't too good with dragons so he is going to call a friend of his who is a vet at Ohio State University and found out what treatment is right for him...He was going to administer some liquid but wasn't sure if he should because he doesn't weigh much!...Anyway what does everyone in here recommend I do now??? For those of you who've had a dragon with this what type of medication did you have to use??? Other than that the vet did say he was very healthy looking...wasn't dehydrated....and active....So that's all....

small, you would be dosing very little, we've had to treat even smaller weight ones that yours and they came through it fine with some help. Your vet will be able to get the correct dose from his friend at the University. It is a standard scale by weight.

only thing he may not tell him is while on the antibiotics (albon is a sulfa based antibiotic) you will also need to replace the bood bacteria in the beardie's tummy that the albon will also kill off. You also need to give the baby good support routine with cleaning and hydration. Once you have the med get back with us and we will walk you throught the support methods.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES LET THE BEARDIE BE TREATED WITH IVERMECTIN, this med has been known to knock beardies out for days and also cause brain damage, something that many vets do not realize unless they have experienced a reaction to it with a dragon.
