Boa changing color

Could somebody please explain why my boa changes colors? Her hues kinda darken sometimes is this normal?

There's different reasons why your boa may be changing colors - temperatures sometimes play a part, just prior to a shed most boas darken up, mood sometimes causes a slight change in my experience. It's perfectly normal IMO and nothing to worry about...just another neat facet of our pets.
