Albino Monocled Cobras

These are without a doubt my favorite snakes in 30 years of keeping reptiles. They are so interesting to watch and when they aren't happy with their cage set up they let you know quickly! I tried setting them up with mulch, branches, hide logs, and they ruined it! They freaked out until I returned them to the basic set ups and then they were fine. I give them a dry hide box and another with wet mulch, and they go back and forth. Keeping them clean, well fed and in a basic set up definitely keeps their stress level down, in my experience. This beautiful male came to us from Thomas Eimermacher.

Mark I just visited your webpage!! Absolutely stunning Albino Cobra!!! The best I have ever seen!! Please tell me you are having success breeding that burning sun orange Albino you have? Now where can I get a nice looking female like that? I gotta have one!! :D

Hey Thanks! He was produced by Bob Guerriere last year. He is now 4 feet long and still the exact same color! I don't think Bob has any right now but I could be wrong. I hope to breed him this winter with an orange female from the same bloodline. I sure hope to get some babies with his color! Thanks

Thanks for the info Mark but do you possibly have a webpage or e-mail address on this guy Bill? I sure would love to compliment him on his beautiful snakes and talk about making arrangements to get my own pair. Any help would be great. Thanks.....

Mark,
First of all, great-looking snake. Second, am I right that your cage is a 48" Neo? Thanks.
