I bought 4000 roaches and got about 7-800

The the oher problem is that I am going threw a nasty divorce and hy husband was to leave one of our joiut accounts (saving) open and one of credit card open and he closed them so my payment to this seller bounched.

I offered to send them back and he refused, what else can I do, I am shorted 3200 roaches and he wants full payment which I would find a way to pay him had the count been right.

He is saying I am a theif and a crook whid is liable and that I did this on purpose from the beginning which I did not, I haev already called my attorneys to try to get the accounts back open nt that os going to take time.

I begged him to cal paypal they even had to explain to me why the payments didn not go threw but he refuses to do that too.

I did send him a $50 echck which with his prices is enough to pay for 500 so I shoudl not owe him much more its $60 for $100 so I think I owe him about $5

I would send everything back, and tell him to keep the $50 for shipping costs and find another supplier.

Ride,Drive or fly to the person who cheated you. Then beat the HELL out of them.Pay the 100 dollar court cost and go home and find another sale. May have to do this myself, soon...

I know of a someone who cheated us on roaches in the past that were sent to us from Bartlett IL, We filed complaints everywhere including kingsnake. If you file 3 official complaints with the FCC and kingsnake they will not let bad people sell goods on their web site. Thats the best thing you could possibly do.
