STRIPED W. LONGNOSE SNAKES?

hello, i recently purchased som b/w w longnoses. some were actually half striped/banded(similar to a b/w desert striped aberrant cal king. is dorsal striping common in w. longnoses in AZ/CA? any info would be much appreciated, thanks for looking dave
