Well as I posted a couple of days ago, I am a new tegu owner. Yesterdag I found out how clever Nero is (Nero = B&W Tegu).

When I woke up I went to see how he was doing, I found a empty cage with the window wide open. A couple of seconds later I saw Nero sitting on a chair looking at me with the expression on his face like 'Where have you been?'.

I've only had him for a mounth so I haven't handled him alot. After sitting next to him for about 30 minutes he walked onto my girlfriends hand and she was able to put him back without any problem..

Now I am definitly in love with him..

Thats awsome I can't wait until I get mine.

One of my female blue Tegus got out of her cage yesterday. We came in to find her sitting on top of it like she wanted to get back in!

We also noticed that she had a piece of lint on her from a green blankets that was on the floor. She seems to like wrapping her self in it when we let her out. They sure have a lot of personality!
