Russian tortoise minimum pen size

Hey- Is it possible to keep a pair of Russians in a two foot by eightfoot pen? There is shade on one half, and sun on the other. Perfectfor tortoises. Is the pen large enough? On www.chelonia.org, it saysyou can keep one in a two foot by four foot pen. Will the four foot size increase be enough for two? Thanks. Brooks

2 x 8 is surely big enough for a pair of Russians.
