What makes you think she has a respiratory infection?
With most chameleons, they hold their head up higher and have a rhaspy sound when they breath. Some may even cough. Many will brethe with their mouths open, and some may have stringy mucous in their mouths.

If you think she got chilled during her escape, you can raise the temp a bit (10 degrees) in her environment, and use vitamin C (with rosehips) in her drinking water (we also use B12). You can get liquid vitamins, or gel caps and dissolve them. We just mist with the vitamin-water.... most times that will ward off a full-fledged "cold". Usually, we use a few gelcaps per pt of water and add 2 drops of liquid B vitamins. You can use this water in her drip too.

If she is already coughing or wheezing, lethargic, and closing her eyes - she will need Baytril (orally), and this antibiotic is only available from a vet. Since she is a small species, the amount will be miniscule - and will have to be diluted down (the vet can do that for you) for easy measurement. She will need the meds for a week or more, and she will need to be kept warmer.

Hope this helps some,
