i have a 55gal glass tank i plan to house my 3 1/2 redtail, all four sides of the tank is glass but the bottom is acrylic....
So im wondering how to go about the heating setup? will heat pads be fine on one side or will it warp like i've read some people say ?
Any advice would be great.

The question was, will a heat pad warp acrylic?

Do you know the answer.... punk....

I'm kidding with you, Andrew, no offense meant. It shouldn't matter what he is going to house in it. You do like snakes too, huh??
I just wanted to point out that I've read posts on other forums sending people to this one, concerning heating and husbandry questions. They think the monitor people have a clue. Hey, that's nice of them, right?

I've also read posts saying don't go to the Monitor Forum, they're mean.... ...especially Andrew....
hahahahahaha JK
