Incubating Mali eggs

5 days ago my mali female laid a clutch of eggs. After a few days the eggs started to shrivil up. So i sprayed the top of the egg container lid with some water. I did this for 3 days and then all of the eggs went back to normal. When you incubate at 91-94 about how long will it take for my mali eggs to hatch? Also, the soil around the eggs is slightly moist will this kill the eggs?
