alright guys i have a serious q that i would like an answer to.

my boa 2 months old cb, ate 2 days ago and he is opening his jaw everyonce in a while today.........and sometimes making a slight click. his jaw looks lined up and hes moving around just fine. he only does it when i've got him out. i know it can take som time for him to pop his jaw back in but shouldn't he of done it by now? or is this normal? let me know.

well my first thought would be to say not to worry if all looks lined up right. Now another possiblity could be a resp infection. Reason i say this is that if it does have this and im not saying it does but it could be that you may see the mouth opening and hereing a click due to the handling causing it to breath heavier ? now as i said im not saying it has a resp infection becasue im not aware of the husbandry hes in .. just my .02

hes in a 29 gal, hes got hides on warm and cool sides and one in the middle. his basking spot is 88-94 (depending on day), cool side is about 79-80, he is fed weekly on hopper/small adult mice, handled daily, never bit anyone, cb, he has sticks to climb on, he ussauly sits in the cave on his warm side, um, background on 3 sides, can't see any bigger snakes, i don't know what else you need to know. let me know.

How high is your humidity. You should shoot for around 60%. Too low and too high humidity has been known to cause RI.
