Those temps are perfectly fine. Even though your "hotspots" are fairly warm, they are not excessively high. If you find that your burm spends all of its time on the cool end of the cage, you may want to cool off the warm area slightly. I generally provide a basking area in the low 90's but if cooling your hot spot creates the cooler end to drop below the upper 70's I would just leave things how they are.
I was just curious because the past two days hes been sitting under the heat lamp curled up, and when i picked him up he was really warm king like hot shower water. Is this normal? Should i be able to feel that much warmth when i pick him up?
