Do I have to throw away my driftwood, hammock and rocks pogo used now that I know he's been exposed to coccidia?? If not what do I have to do to totally disinfect??? Do I bleach and bake (in oven) like I did when I initially got them???

Yes, you could bleach them and then rinse them really well. Basically just following the same things you did when you first got them.
