Different sizes (plus a kind of obscure question)

oddie Nov 03, 2003 09:45 AM

Is it possible to house a 4 foot ball with a smaller one (about 2.5-3 feet) if they are fed in seperate containers? Can a male and female be housed together on a permanent basis? I know it's best to house them seperately. (I'm just curious.)
The other question is for all the people on here who live in apartments - was it difficult to find a place that allows snakes?

thank you!

Well i can help you out on the apartment question...I live in an apartment and no animals are allowed. the reason i was allowed to have a snake is because i did a good job at sucking up to the manager of the place and she ended up saying "the only animals we don't allow are animals that can soil carpets, such as cats and dogs...As long as you keep your snake indoors and in a cage, it shouldn't be a problem. bringing it outside will probably scare the neighbors and i can't have that"

just tell the manager of the place that you will keep it in a cage and indoors at all times. that, or you can sneak it in...and noone will ever know!

I didn't tell them about the snake same as my aquarium. Most places only want to know about a cat or dog so you can pay a pet deposit and a mo. pet fee. Just my $.02
