We have a lot of beautiful snakes here but these super stripes from Tracy Barker are in a class of their own. We'll be breeding them this year for the first time. This is our male. Thanks

Mark, those are very nice. I have a pair of females from VPI and I love the red head coloration. Both had it as juveniles, but the one has develop more of it as she ages. What year are yours and what are their weights? I have two from 1999 that are roughly 18 and 23lbs. In fact, I think one had a POS. I am trying to see if male presence really does cause egg development rather than seasonal variations.

Hi Rich, ours are early '01 I believe. The females are a little over 4 feet, I don't know their weights though. They have filled out a lot in the past couple months. I would say egg follicle development is definitely seasonal. My burms and retics all appear to have gained weight from follicle growth and haven't been paired up yet. So they are there but would not mature without the male being present. I put a pair of these borneos together yesterday and they were breeding lastnight! Thanks
