got black light in cage

I got freddy a 10 gal. light for freddy's cage and put a 25 watt bulb in so it don't fry him so the temps should rise, i also added some rocks for him to bask on. but he hasn't touched them yet oh well ican put rocks in but i can't make him climb on them. NEW PICS ON WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY
