is it ok to house a western banded gecko with one or two different species of horned lizard in a 20

No. A 20 is far to small for a community enclosure. You are going to have to go to a custom made size. "The bigger, the better" as the old saying goes. In small enclosures, the competition for resources woould be more than the animals could take. Stress would be your worst enemy. Horned Lizards would be the first victums of the stress. The specialized diets of HLs (ants) would cause others herps to have problems also. Lester G. Milroy III
