I dont think it is really a morph. I think it is a type of nosy be blue panthers that is electric blue (dark blue but very bright..if that make sence)

i thought it was a breeders bloodline that they called the ice blood line becuase of the sire and the wonderful blue it had but i may be completely wrong on this
