If you should come accross the company, they placed their logo in the middle of the coils (It looks great - too bad I did't think of that ( : . OK too bad I don't have a logo either ( :
I would never make an issue out of it and I am always thrilled when my pics are used (like the flav on the top of this forum, or a few pics on Pro exotics guest page) since photography is not a strong point and my best photos are "average at best".

Thomas.........You are one nice guy.........BUT the fact of the matter is that this other party simply appropriated your photo and is making commercial use of it. If these folks were straight shooters, they would have made an attempt to get your permission to use the photo. Then you, being the nice guy that you are, would have said no problem. Care to mention these guys? If not on a public forum, then shoot me an e-mail. I certainly won't give them my business, as it would have been so simple for them to handle this in a proper fashion.....and that's all I've got to say about that.
