MY friend put out some fly paper and in the morning there was a brown snake on it.He told me to come get it.When i got there i pull him off but in the process its tail got riped off and his skin is riped in 2 places. So i brought him home and i put him in a plastic container with about haf an inch of warm water with a paper towel in it cause he was sticky from the fly paper. What else should i do?

You should have tried something like baby oil or soap and water to help loosen the paper. Put the snake in a sterile container, only papertowels as the substrate. Small water bowl (do not allow the snake to get all the way in the bowl), heat pad on one side of the tank. Hidebox. Apply neosporin a few times daily. If you think it is worth it, take it to the vet. If not, just leave it alone as much as possible. Try not to disturb it too often other than when applying meds or giving it new water. Chances are it won't make it, but you can try. Andy
