How Much Does Your Chameleon Eat Per Day?

Please list how much and how large of food your chameleon eats per day. Im trying to judge whats best based on everyones experience.

My understanding is that it's best to lean towards the underfeeding side. I've an overabundance of roaches yet I only use 2-4 roaches per day per cham,(depending on the size of the roach) with a meal worm or 2 daily. I try to mix the roaches up & gut load them a variety of fruits & vegetables.

I think feeding is a relative term. Fat chameleons should be avoided. In the wild a fat cham wouldn't make it. Actually a wild cham wouldn't be fat at all. That's mainly an american thing. Woops, that's a hot tamalie!
