who makes it. The weak link in it will be the timer. Sometimes I have had to try three or four before I found a timer that keeps good time. Hopefully these have the bugs worked out.

I think it is "ESU" who markets them if I remember correctly. They are not expensive so if I have to adjust the time a bit now and again that would be ok
I think they were under $25. Not bad for a socket set with day/night timing functions in my opinion.
