I noticed the other night that my baby fat tail has a bump at the base of his tail, possibly on one of his hip bones. It doesn't seem to bother him in any way, he walks fine and it is not causing him any pain when I touch it. It feels hard like a bone, could it be his hip bone?

Sorry, but these are the clearest pictures I could take at this close of a range. The bump is on his right hip bone. Any help is appreciated.
