Mealworms and Superworms

kurt18 Nov 05, 2003 03:15 PM

Is there a differrence between superworms and mealworms besides their size? Is their nutritional value different? Which one is better for beardies? I really want to get a Beardie but I HATE the smell of crickets. I know some people breed them without crickets, i just want to know which are a more advisable supplement

I beleive mealworms and superworms are two different species of insects. Neither are great for dragons as a main insect food source. I recommend switching to silkworms or cockroaches.
