we are getting ready to move to Il. from fl. and are not sureif there special rules that we have to go by, or even if there is a lisense. we need to keep them in ill with us. we have two burms and one ball. one of the burms. is a baby albnino and the other is a reg. and is about 7ft. long. we have heard that there is some type of lisence we have to get. any help is great . thank you
