I have four bearded in my classroom and I didn't like using sand. I want to try artificial turf, but it is expensive. Can I buy it at Home Depot and cut it to fit my tanks. Is it safe? Thanks for any ideas/input.

I've never used actual artificial turf in a beardie cage, but if I did, make sure after cutting it to fit to use a lighter to burn the edges so that there are no loose strings, pieces, etc. to make sure your beardies don't ingest them.
yes you can, well i don't know about home depot but lowes does have it and its very cheap, i got a piece about 5 or 6 ft long and 2 ft wide for like 4 bucks
