How long can a pair of Collards live ina 20gal?

How long can a pair of Collard Lizards live in a 20 gallon for?
Do they neccesarily have to live in pairs or can tehy live happily singularly?

I would go with atleast a 30 for a pair, And as far as just keeping one, I hear it is fine. They supposedly do not get lonely and do well. Most of us THINK they need a mate, I THINK they are just for us to ENJOY !!! I personally like to watch the interaction between atleast two. Finding them sleeping all snuggled together is always a cute sight. LOL Eve
