What size container for 5,000 mealworms?

StarGecko Nov 06, 2003 12:12 AM

Hi folks. I am getting a shipment of 5,000 mealworms in on Friday, and am wondering what size container I will need to house them in for three weeks or so a I use them up. Will a sterilte shoebox work, or do I need something bigger, like a sweater box? Answers appreciated!

A shoebox would be pushing it a bit. I put 4000 in a sweater box. Another 1000 would fit in there fine.

You can never have just one gecko. Actually it is almost impossible to have two
