normal morphs?

jaymc Nov 06, 2003 11:03 AM

Having read the classifieds on here and the photos why do so many people think there NORMAL royals are some thing else?
Terms like mojave wanabe, super blushing, poka dot etc etc are just so misleading and when viewing the pics there just like half the nice normals in my collection.
I do not wish to offend any one but its getting a bit silly, a lot of you myself included have already told the worst culprit on here what we think so how about a few views on this with out any upset posts?

i agree too many people are trying to turn their normals into something they are not. it is silly to see all the names that people use to desctibe their nomals. i hope that it ends soon.

Although not a proven morph, Mojaves are starting to be considered as an actual morph and cost much more than normals. But some people advertise good looking normals as Mojaves.

Although not a proven morph,

Its proven. Believe you me, it has been proven.

herperboy,
you way lost this one mate.
mojave are proven by the sutherlands and many people are now working with them, the lucky gits.
What i was getting at is people miss advertising normal royals to increase there prices. Look at the classifieds and you will see what i mean.
Hi yellow, hi orange, yellow belly poka dot blushing etc etc etc they all look like normal and are normal royals and it destorts what people think of genuine mojaves, stripes and so on.

Perhaps they feel threatened by people with real morphs and they
are afraid that their snakes won't sale. They may also argue that they are trying to market their snakes better. But who can
raelly say.

I say every one selling morphs starts calling them normals. That'll really mess with people's heads.

The best one i have seen was a fellow who said his Ball was a cinnamon (sp?) but it was clearly a normal ball in shed while his eyes were still blue!
