Well the cultures are no good basically once flys arent producing all that well. Im not sure about the term "cycling". But i assume that means you make more cultures so you dont run out of flys?

cycling means that you rotate the cultures when feeding from them. Example...you have 15 cultures going to feed your frogs. 10 of those cultures are intended for feeding while the other 5 are merely backups. Feed from, say, 4 cultures for a day or 2, then give them a rest by feeding from a second group of 4 cultures for a couple days (dating and numbering them helps tremendously). The 2 cultures that were'nt fed from should have ALOT of flies in them as they have been sitting, untapped for a while. Feed from these 2 and a 2 or 3 from your backups if necessary. After the original 4 cultures have regained their losses, feed from them for a couple days and repeat the entire procedure. Also, I'm sure you know this, make sure you make more cultures after the fresh cultures start producing. If this system is maintained, you should have a very steady supply of food. I hope this helps.
