My gator ( 29"
has a slight red/pink dis-coloration around one of its front center teeth ( Bottom).
Doesn't look serious, but it is new. Should I maybe add something to the water as a general preventative/medicine?

I wouldnt worry about. Crocs are very resilent to infection. It's probably as simple as another tooth is getting ready to grow in. Give it time, and if it doesnt get better in a couple weeks, take a picture and ask again.
Good luck
