I've been thinking of trying my hand with Papuan pythons. But not much out there
about them to go on. What are some of the reasons you find them enjoyable
to work with?? Thanks Tom

big but not HUGE like a burm or retic can be. They are fun to handle as they rarely are nasty once they are out of their enclosure and the colors they have are awesome. They have a certain "personality" and they are very aware of what's going on around them. Pound for pound I think they are one of the strongest snakes. I have handled retics, burms and papuans and the papuan is a STRONG animal. I love them and will try my hand again next year at getting some captive bred babies out there for everyone to enjoy. Here are some old pic's
