My frilled dragon is about 18 in. now. Is it old enough to sex yet? If i put up a picture would you guys be able to tell by the pic? If so, what should i take the pic of? It frilling, side shot, front?? I am really curious now if its a boy or girl.
Also, since he is 18in. now...how much longer can he stay in the 65gal tank?

Yes, it possible.
Make a picture of the side of his head and one of his tailbase, from behind when youflip his tail up.
I'll give it a try.

As a rule of thumb, the height of the enclosure should be at least double the body length. Taller is better.
