I woke up this mourning and one of my red eyes had a large red fleshy sack hanging out his rear. It is like his insides shot out. Has anybody had this problem before? Do you know what to do?

Get it to the vet NOW!!
That is what is called a prolapse. A prolapse is basically the frogs insides coming out. It can be caused by several factors, parasites, eating foreign objects, unsuitable diet, impaction, or intestinal disease.
This condition needs to be treated right away. If the underlining cause and the current problem isn't treated then you will loose your frog!!!
So don't wait... get your baby to the vet ASAP!!!
Good luck and keep us updated please!!

investigate you tank. What are you using for substrate? If you have bark, get rid of it and switch to a Bed-A-Beast (cocoa fiber substrate), how large are the crix that you are feeding? Are there any other things in the tank that your frog could have ingested like gravel? If you have gravel, remove it and used river rock. Always make sure that there isn't anything in the tank that can fit into the frogs mouth other than their food. Over feeding can cause this as well. How much do you feed your frog? Temps? Humidity? Is it wild caught of captive bred?
The vet should be able to tell you what the cause was. If you cant find a herp vet in your area, try these sites...

Again.... best of luck!!

How long have you had your redeyes? under what conditions?
I'm absolutely terrified of my RETFs getting sick so I frequently change water daily; as I see them, remove dead bugs, and change substrate every 2 weeks or so (bed-A-Beast ONLY). I will ONLY use bed-a-beast because anything else can cause impaction, to the exception of paper towel.
Spagnum moss is plain nasty. It hides dead bugs and encourages rot. Feces is hard to find too.
Your RETFs if wild caught may have suffered intestinal parasites.
Good idea to get the feces checked after each new purchase and quaranteen them.
Keep your RETF away from the rest and sterilize the terrarium with boiling water and fresh bed-a-beast and take your sick one to the vet or it will die. and prey your other RETFs don't get sick.
