I have been feeding my BP two mice a week since I got her about a month and half back. Now I want to try to switvh her over to small rats. Is it easier to switch them using prekilled or F/T? I want to eventually have her switch to f/t but have heard that in it self can be a task too. Thanks for the help

How is she taking the mice? F/T or prekilled? That is how I would offer the rats. Like you say, don't change two things at once. You may also find it good to scent the rats with mice the first few times.

I've been feeding her live until today where i feed her prekilled/stunned and she took them down with no problem.
