What type of substrate is it on? Did it rub against something? I dont know of any diseases like that......

thats not unusual, mine have a yellowish tint to them. is it a male? males secrete a waxy like substance thru their preanal pores that could cause that yellowish color.

Depends on the degree of the colour. In the worst case it may be a liver problem, but very liey its just shedding related or individual variation
