Probing

I am getting some new Colombians in this weekend and I want to make sure what sex they are. I have probed my bp's but never my boa's. How many caudal scales does a male probe vs. a female? Is it the same as bp's? I know the deeper of the two will be a male but how shallow are females? Any additional info would be great. Thanks everyone

FEMALES SHOULD BE 3-5 SCALES AND MALES SHOULD BE BETWEEN 7-12 SCALES. HOPE THIS HELPS. GOOD LUCK!
