White's tree frogs

Insideoutsider13 Nov 07, 2003 06:58 PM

How many white's tree frogs could I keep in a 25 gallon aquarium? Is that good for a pair? And also, can you feed a white's mealworms as a staple diet or must it be crickets? Will they eat the mealworms if I attempt it?

General rule of thumb is 20 gallons for 1 adult and 10 gallons extra for each additional tankmate. So a 25 may be a little tight for 2 adults.

I wouldn't recomend meal worms as a staple, they are high in fat so Crickets are the way to go with the occational mealie for a treat.

I thought you were getting dart frogs. You are at what I call "The want everything Stage" in keeping herps.
