I use Eco Earth made by Zoo Med. When you buy it, it looks just like a red brick and when you add water to it, it expands. I find it holds moisture well and it is safe for all reptiles, amphibians, etc.

I put 2 moist hides, one in the hottest area and one in the cooler area.

Thanks

I use bed-a-beast. It is about the same as eco-earth or forest bed. It is ground coconut fibers. Make excellant bedding in a hide. I have just one on the warm side and a regular hide on the cool side.
