i think it looks kinda like a male but i could be wrong. if it is female that would be great since i have been looking for one for a while.. lol

hard to tell from that angle.. but from the spikes and the head i would say male..but i could be wrong...besides that i wouldn't buy it. it looks thin, off color, in a very small metal mesh cage..and has signifigant snout damage...and from the picture is in an agressive pose.your best bet is to get a baby or maybe look around for adoptees before buying a wd that looks like that...JMO.. good luck
ohh and i highly doubt he is 3 1/2 feet long

In my opinion it is definitely a male.A female would not have spikes that big and her head would be much smaller and thinner.
