All Apologies to the Red-Tail Boa owners

spazoidus Nov 07, 2003 11:26 PM

I apologise for my mistake of calling a red tail common, i meant no harm, honestly.. it's not even that i don't like them, i do like them, that have great colors and a good build. i just know people who have them.. and they seemed common to me, if they are not it's my mistake, and i apologise.

I've been gone for a while.........But, why is it necessary to apologize about that? BCI's are also called "common boas". BCC's are not. But, if you made a mistake about that.........Who cares?? We all make mistakes. I still spell Hogg boas wrong. (I think) But, I'm stubborn and won't change it.

These things really shouldn't be taken so seriously. I am speaking for myself here.....But, I'm not offended in the slightest.

Receive in the herp industry from a crazy mans point of view.No matter what anyone says, does, hears,or sees, unless they are buying the animal for you then its your decision of what you think or know you want and are ready for.No matter how much experience or knowledge you gain you will always need more.If you dont want to get a redtail but want a 15 ft burm (rhetorically speaking) and can house, feed, research, and know what you are getting into then by all means buy one.Theres no one on this green planet that can tell you otherwise (unless you live with your parents). Its all a matter of choice, sometimes we make good ones other times, well you get the picture.Oh and Gus was just being an old fogie (pun intended)LOL and happens to love his redtails,as do most keepers on here, but again its still your choice.Anyway have fun while your living.Regards Bill McLeod

Honestly? I wouldn't worry about it.

Here, I'll give you something I _never_ got when I first came here for advice:
