1 fertile and 1infertile from the same clutch????

Can a 1st time female have 1 fertile egg and 1 infertile egg in the same clutch?

Mine has had 2 clutches now and one of the eggs from the first clutch sunk in yesterday and has some mold on it and the other egg looks fine. They should be hatching any time now, but im not sure if I should scrap the sunkin one? And should I move the rest of the eggs into another container. (I am using perlite as the medium)

I hat two other eggs hatch already in the same set-up same conditions. (Albey's method)
