age identity

Hi guys
Was wondering how you tell the age of your geckos?
I started with a female that looks to be full grown
then i got a new male that looked a lot smaller then her
i figured he was less than a year old.
Then i got my new girl in the mail the other day, advertised as an adult female, but when i opened her up i was shocked to see she was so little. I was told she was a little under a year old
Also do you think it would be a problem to put her in the same tank as my other female and mail

i do have her quarantined from the others
as to how long to do that i need input on
What were you saying yes to?
can or can i not put her with the other 2 after quarantine is over

It's recommended that you quarantine for 3 months, because sometimes it takes that long for certain diseases to show up. Either way, it's a good idea to get a fecal done, because sometimes a healthy-looking leo can actually be carrying stuff without showing it.

I was saying yes to there being a problem with keeping them all together, mainly because of the quarantine period but also because size variation isn't a good idea. There will naturally be competition for food, and even if your smaller leos don't have a problem with hunting skills, they might feel intimidated to eat with a bigger leo around.
