Hi Duane,

I recently bought two albinos from K&N. I talked with Nicole, and she was very helpful. I don’t know much about the dominant trait, but I’m sure she’d be willing to answer any of the questions you may have. K&N has been around for quite some time, and they have produced some amazing leopards. I’d rank them right up there with some of the best breeders from the experience I had with them. Hope this helps,

DaveCable

Let us know what you find out, I’m interested in hearing more about the dominant hypo gene.

I got this female from them last month. I talked to Kevin and he was very nice. I don't know about the dominate hypo thing though, but I'm sure they would answer any questions for you.

Kevin and Nicole are great. You can't go wrong with them. Check out this post from Kevin a couple months ago regarding the dominant hypo genetics. They're simply the gene that's working in the hypo/super hypo carrot tails that many people have. Ray Hine imported a wild-caught hypo a few years ago that happens to be dominant, so it'll show in the first generation of breedings to some degree, even when bred with a normal.
