Yes, healthier and easier to breed than crickets/mealworms.

Is it feesable, worth it?
If you can get a colony up and running, it should be easier (and faster) than breeding mealworms. But, if it's just one leo, I don't know if it's worth it unless you plan to make a staple out of them.
Just keep in mind that they're really fast and can climb up the sides of the glass. And before you go and start investing in a colony, try and see if your leo will eat them first.
