You may want to consider adding some of the following items:
Ground flax seed
wheat bran
ground lentils*
Sliced carrots
Sliced potatoes
Soy protein powder*
vitamin powder
dried egg whites*
calcium powder
spirulina powder*
bee pollen
I would add at least one with the * by it for more protein, though your fish food should have some protein in it. And I am a big believer in the power of ground flax seed in gutload (full of omega 3 fatty acids, make sure you grind it and store unused portion in an opaque container in the fridge). Adding a least a little calcium powder and herp vitamin powder is also probably a good idea. Some sliced carrots would be good, lots of vitamins in them, and you probably have some in the fridge.
I just made a big batch of gutload the other day for a shipment of 5,000 mealies I got in.
It contains:
Oatmeal
wheat bran
sliced potatoes
sliced carrots
ground flax seed
ground lentils (for protein)
calcium powder
vitamin powder
After just a couple days, the mealies are looking so plump and sleek (this is my first order of mealies from American Cricket ranch. They came packaged in a cloth bag, which made them fairly easy to empty into a container, and seemed in good condition. I think they like it. I'd like to add some spirulina powder and soy protein too, but need to make another run to the health food store.
I avoid corn-based products because of a toxin that is in the mold that can grow on corn that is highly toxic to leos (info thanks to Marcia McGuiness of Golden Gate Geckos, whoo discovered this problem through toxicology studies on leos affected by contaminated crickets). It should only be a problem if mold is allowed to develop (which should be avoided anyway), but since there are plenty of other alternatives besides corn I just avoid it altogether.
I also avoid dried milk because leos cannot digest lactose, though I know some do use this in their gutload and have not noticed adverse effects.
