Normally, adults should be eating 80% greens and 20% prey. Your dragon doesn't need fuzzies, too much fat can cause fatty liver disease. since your dragon is eating only protein, that is a concern.
He may not have been fed correctly when you got him, so it may be difficult to change his eating habits.

Go to www.beautifuldragons.com and www.beginnersbasics.com and look at what greens and veggies he should be eating. Place a fresh salad of greens in his enclosure everyday and stop feeding any prey for about 3 days. (only if your dragon is healthy)

Try to feed him greens by hand while sitting right beside his dish.
He may get hungry enough to give them a try. After 3 days, give him a couple crickets and do it again for another 3 days. When you do give him crickets, put them right on top of his salad.

I wouldn't give any dragon Fuzzies. I do give my adult female Pinkies when she is graid or post-laying but a male never needs them.

Good luck.
